We are a social enterprise on a mission to activate systemic, tech-enabled program interventions in Government Schools bringing transformative change in learning.
The Problem
A student who misses the bus of reading and writing may eventually leave school due to a lack of sufficient support in understanding advanced learning material. This often leads to a self-perpetuating cycle of poverty, where an individual steps into adulthood without a fair opportunity to live a dignified life.
At Edtivate, we firmly believe that breaking the cycle of poverty is achievable by fostering engaging classrooms that help children unlock their full potential during their formative learning years. Currently, we're collaborating with government and non-government institutions to cultivate a classroom atmosphere that promotes meaningful teacher-student interactions.

We build school leadership capacity to system stakeholders to co-create micro-improvement solutions that are high-quality and scalable to achieve improved student learning outcomes. If school leaders are empowered with the right skills, autonomy, and peer support, they will drive continuous micro improvements, leading to sustained school transformation and better student learning outcomes.

Our Interventions
RISE School Leadership Program
RISE School Leadership Program is a transformative initiative designed to empower school leaders to drive excellence in teaching, foster inclusive and equitable learning environments, and lead sustainable school improvement. The program focuses on four key areas: Leading Learning(creating a culture of high-quality teaching and accelerated student progress), Leading People (guiding teams toward a shared vision of excellence), Leading for Equity (ensuring impactful leadership in underserved communities), and Leading School Improvement (navigating the complexities of change management in schools).
Grounded in hands-on, in-school support, RISE provides professional development, peer learning, and structured self-evaluation to ensure continuous growth. A data-driven approach, supported by the EdCoach App, helps school leaders track progress, assess what’s working, and identify areas for improvement. RISE equips school leaders with the tools, strategies, and support networks needed to create lasting impact in their schools and communities.
Independent Expert – Partnership for Sustainable Change in Sindh Government Schools
As Independent Experts, we work in close partnership with the Sindh Government and Education Management Organizations (EMOs) to drive sustainable improvements in government schools. Our role is to provide objective evaluation, technical expertise, and strategic guidance to ensure that schools meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver high-quality education. We support school leadership, student performance monitoring, teacher professional development, and infrastructure improvements through a data-driven, impact-focused approach. Through this partnership, we are committed to building self-sustaining schools that provide equitable and high-quality education to every child in Sindh.

Reforming School for Excellence (RISE) Program
RISE is a multi-year systemic reform programme that takes a holistic systems transformation approach through Academic, Administrative, and Institutional reforms. The reforms are carried out with the help of enabler initiatives targeting every stage of the learning cycle to ensure well-rounded development of the education ecosystem.
